Fire Risk Assessments & Training

By Ken Priest

I provide a friendly and practical approach to creating a Fire Risk Assessment, explaining the requirements and responsibilities in simple terms. An FRA provides proof that you are compliant with the latest fire safety legislation, and gives you peace of mind that you have reduced the risk of fire and put procedures in place to protect both staff and visitors

Renewals

It's important that your FRA is regularly reviewed; if there is a change to the way you use your building, or a structural alteration, then a renewal may be required. Regardless of changes, it is a requirement that a renewal date is set.

Staff Training

Training forms an important part of many FRAs and this could range from basic fire awareness to Fire Marshal training. Whatever your needs, I can devise a practical, bespoke, and affordable solution for your premises.

Testimonials

The sports club needed to know that it was safe for all in the event of fire. Ken provided a professional, approachable style and we were pleased to have all the legislation explained.
